Flower delivery in Chotěbuz from a local florist

Chotěbuz lies in the Těšínsko area of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The municipality is in the Karviná district.

The first written mention of Chotěbuz comes from a papal charter dated 26 May 1229. Archeopark Chotěbuz-Podobora, a branch of the Těšínsko Museum, is a replica of a Slavic fortified settlement dating from the 8th to the 11th century. The chateau took on its Neoclassical appearance in 1839–1841, following a design by Josef Kornhäusel, and a medieval watchtower has survived beside it. A system of bunkers from 1937–1938 has also been preserved in the municipality.
